10/6/07 Trojans vs. Cardinal (The Curse of #2 part 1)
Just when things were appearing to settle, the Cardinal unceremoniously douse the flame of the mighty Trojans in what could arguably be the greatest upset to grace the masses. At least the Mountaineers were champions, the Cardinal were a mere embryo of their final form that would run havoc in later years. While this wasn't a fatal blow to the Trojans, it proved that their years of campaigning across the lands were over, embarking now on the long road ahead for when one day their flame would be rekindled.
lyrics
Cardinal:
alright now!
march strong against our host
years beyond our final form
slipping through a mighty storm
alright now!
a virus we create
destiny, eternity
relevance matters not to me
fire and Ice
behold the might
fire and Ice
behold the sacred sight
luminary echoes of a trigger set in motion
a separate time, a separate place, being ripped apart
betraying one to reclaim the other
defying one to exceed another
set the record straight and douse the flame away
Trojan:
rolling, rumbling
constructed chaos
deceiving, misleading
precursor of the fall
we create our destiny
marching for eternity
timeless ancient warriors
storming past our blessing in disguise
fire and Ice
behold the might
fire and Ice
behold, behold the sacred sight
the flames of troy
doused out past their prime
the lesser forgotten
a new crimson tide
all in all the curse will carry on
the flames of troy
need only a spark
a flicker so bright
shall ensure our precious life
may it shine at last forevermore, yeah
luminary echoes of a trigger set in motion
a separate time, a separate place, being ripped apart
betraying one to reclaim the other
defying one to exceed another
set the record straight and douse the flame away
